Is there a connection between paraphilia sexual behaviours and OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)?

Answer:
For some clients with paraphilia, therapists find a compulsion or obsessive behaviour related to the sexual problem.

There is a spectrum of obsessive compulsive symptoms and they might be also related to sexuality. But not all patients with paraphilia will have OCD traits. More

The relevance of this connection could be to consider a pharacotherapy with SSRI (selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor). More
