I am having a serious issue here. About 3+ years ago I went to my GYN to ask about my low sex drive, he ran a blood test and found that my testosterone levels were a little low. He prescribed a very low dose testosterone for me, but told me not to take it long term. I did this and did not really notice any increase in drive. The other issue that I have is vaginal dryness. I am a young, successful, attractive, healthy woman who should be in my sexual prime, but I am suffering from no drive. I seem to have no clitoral sensation, even if I try to masturbate. This is now becoming an issue in my current relationship. He and I have great communication about this problem, but it is frustrating for both of us. We feel that we have tried everything. We would like to overcome this problem and we are both committed to doing so. That said, what can I/we do to make this situation better?
