The success in getting large damage payments from the American tobacco industry, because of the damage to health which tobacco causes, has got American lawyers to plan similar attacks on the fast food industry.

The fast food industry, however, fights back, claiming that food is not addictive. Something which we in Web4Health do not agree with them on!
