I am a 48 years old government officer who just cant get along well with anybody. As a result I have failed in all my major projects in life. I am honest, hard working and sensitive to responsibilities. But I am desperate for recognition. Can you please help?

I suggest group psychotherapy where you can get feedback from other people and learn how to handle them.
