question
my daughter who is a wife of a US navy was left at alone at their home in japan while her husband is at sea. 2 months after her husband left she left their home and stayed with chatmates before she went home to our home in the philippines..but a changed person, saying she wants to break off from her husband without any reason.

she was confined to a hospital for a week and was treated for hyperacidity and also for bipolar depression, give, seroquel and depakote.

my question is, why the sudden change of heart? they used to be very closed..married for 3 years without a child at their own choice and practice withdrawal...

how can i help her understand that she is not well and that there is no enough reason for her to leave her husband who is very desperate of winning her back

Her husband can try to win her back. But if she really does not want him, everybody has to accept her choice.
