What is the difference between overweight and obesity?
What is an obese person?

Answer:

To determine if you are obese or overweight you have to calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI).

A body mass index between 18,5 and 25 is fine and considered to be a healthy condition.

Overweight is any BMI between 25 and 30

Obesity is considered for any BMI over 30.
